Bring Matt to Your Team
Prefer training on your own turf? Your organization brings Matt in to work directly with your team in your own space. Over 1–2 weeks, he leads staff through hands-on team building exercises drawn from years of mission field experience.
Training is typically paired with reading Matt's field guide, allowing teams to work through the material together in real time — not just theoretically.

Training is built around real team interaction. The exercises require group participation — this isn't solo learning.
